Tag-A-Tree Weekend is October 8-9th
September 11th, 2011
The annual Tag-a-Tree Weekend will be on October 8th-9th. Each year our customers have the opportunity to pre-select their tree before the season. It's a great way to get the best selection of trees and enjoy a fall afternoon. Your family can then come back during the season and harvest your tree. Tag-a-Tree weekend is the official kickoff for this activity. It is held annually during the 2nd weekend in October. We will have wagon rides and hot cider available during Tag-a-Tree Weekend.
If you are busy that weekend you can also come to the farm anytime between then and the season. There are tags, maps, and instructions in the small white warming house. Feel free to help yourself if we are not around!
Also, the 2011 tree season will begin on November 19th (the weekend before Thanksgiving). We look forward to seeing you at the farm this year!

We Open On Nov. 20th!
November 15th, 2010
The 2010 season officially opens on Saturday 11-20! After several years of below-average rainfall we finally received some wonderful rains this year. As a result, the trees are looking beautiful!
Santa Claus will also be at the farm from 12pm-3pm on Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and the first weekend of December.
We will also have a Native American life re-enactor in our teepee on Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and the first weekend of December. The teepee is in honor of the local Native Americans that once had a village and ceremonial mounds on our farm.
We look forward to seeing you this season!

The 2010 season officially opens on Saturday, November 20th. After several years of below-average rainfall we finally received some wonderful rains this year. As a result, the trees are looking beautiful! We look forward to sharing another memorable season with you!
Pre-Tagging: We also invite you to come to the farm and pre-select your family's Christmas tree. We will still have plenty of trees after we officially open for the season, but many of our customers have enjoyed coming out in the fall to pre-tag their tree. And it's easier to pick out your tree now versus waiting for the cold and snow! We will have maps, instructions, tags, and ribbons in the "warming house" (small white building). If we are not around feel free to help yourself and pick out a tree!
